Email your bill instead
We’ve listened to your feedback and we’ve been working to make it easier to provide your latest bill to us.
Now you can simply forward the email you receive from your retailer with a PDF of the bill attached to mybills@joulius.com.au and we’ll upload it to your Joulius account. Just remember to send from the same email address as you used to create your account, so that we can match up your bill to your Joulius account.
Set and forget!
Set up rules from your inbox! You can set up a rule within your email inbox to forward a copy of your electricity bill to mybills@joulius.com.au every time a new bill hits your inbox. Check with your email client for specific instructions, but it’s usually easy to set up in a few clicks.
