Joulius has been created by an independent team of industry experts and software developers. It’s not owned or operated by any energy retailer.
We are working to add a gas comparison service to Joulius, and to make it available to customers in other East Coast States, but for now Joulius is only available for Victorian residential electricity customers.

We’re a 100% Australian-owned independent company. We don’t give special treatment to any plans or retailers in our calculations. We compare all plans in the public market and rank them in order of how much you’ll save, regardless of whether we receive a commission if you switch. With your consent, we provide your details to the retailer to help streamline the switching process. Once you’ve selected the plan you want to switch to, we may take an admin fee from the retailer for facilitating your switch.
